A support subscription can also be considered an investment in training to increase productivity and provide continual employee development. We offer three levels of support agreements:
User Support Agreement
Administrator Support Agreement
PLM Group Administration Agreement
PLM Group offers a full service agreement covering the ongoing operation and maintenance of the installation being handled by PLM Group. This ensures, that the SolidWorks solution is continuously maintained and upgraded without the company having to devote significant internal resources to do this job. PLM Group Administration Agreement may be added as an addendum to a PLM Group Update and end-user support agreement.
